THE RENTAL

shipping & timing

Yes. Shipping is included in the $200 per box rental price, including both delivery and return shipping.

is shipping included?

Pickup is scheduled for the 4th day of your rental. There will be a prepaid shipping label in your box. You’ll receive instructions for choosing a pickup window so the return process feels simple and seamless.

how does the return work?

If your TABLEAUX box does not arrive in time for your event, we will issue a full refund. If you have any concerns leading up to your date, please email info@tableauxstudio.co and we’ll do our best to help right away.

what if my box doesn't arrive in time for my event?

Yes. All dishes, flatware, and glasses are dishwasher safe. We recommend placing glasses on the top rack.

Are the dishes, flatware, and glasses dishwasher safe?

Yes. Napkins and runners are machine washable and may be washed and dried on a normal cycle before return.

Are the linens machine washable?

Yes. We ask that all items be given a preliminary wash before repacking and returning your box. Once it arrives back at our facility, every piece will be fully inspected and professionally sanitized before its next use.

do i need to wash everything berore returning?

Each TABLEAUX box includes a curated tablescape for 4 guests. Depending on the collection, your box may include plates, flatware, glassware, napkins, candleholders, a runner, and a printed style guide to help you set the scene with ease.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN A TABLEAUX BOX?

Each box serves 4 guests. If you’re hosting more, simply reserve additional boxes in sets of four place settings.

HOW MANY GUESTS DOES EACH BOX SERVE?

Each rental includes a 4-day window, giving you time to receive your box, prepare for your gathering, and wash and repack everything before pickup.

HOW LONG IS THE RENTAL PERIOD?

Your box will arrive 2 days before your event, so you have time to unpack, style, and prepare without rushing.

WHEN WILL MY BOX ARRIVE?

Yes — we recommend reserving as early as possible, especially around holidays and special occasions.

SHOULD I RESERVE IN ADVANCE?

Packing & Return

Yes. Please keep all sleeves, foam inserts, and protective packaging throughout your rental. You’ll need them again when repacking the box.

Do I need to keep the sleeves and foam inserts?

Our reusable shipping box is part of the TABLEAUX rental system and must be returned. If it is not returned, a $100 replacement fee will apply.

What happens if I don’t return the reusable box?

Each piece should be returned the way it arrived:

  • Plates, flatware, and glasses should be placed back into their individual sleeves

  • Linens should be folded neatly and returned to the dust bag

  • Sleeved items should then be placed back into their designated compartments

How should I pack everything for return?

How can I get in touch?

If an item arrives damaged, please email info@tableauxstudio.co as soon as possible. We will do our best to send an overnight replacement whenever possible so your table feels complete.

What if something arrives damaged?

Yes. Every TABLEAUX box includes a printed style guide with tips for layering the table, adding florals, and repacking everything for return.

will i receive styling instructions?

We recommend opening your box on a clean surface, checking the contents, and keeping all sleeves and inserts safely set aside until you’re ready to repack.

what should i do once my box arrives?

Email us at info@tableauxstudio.co and we’ll do our best to get back to you as soon as possible.
